Moritz studied business administration and has a passion for impact start-ups. With biochar zero, he wants to scale biochar in Europe and use it as an outstanding building block in the fight against the climate crisis.

For our co-founder Anne biochar zero is the embodiment of environmental activism. She enjoys the varied work close to the needs applying the highest quality standards in the interplay between research and application.
Nick Carlo Dühr
Co-Founder, Marketing & Communications
Nick’s academic background and personal passion is sustainability science. As a generalist, he combines his passion for circular economy, climate research and agriculture at biochar zero.
